An international insurance boutique (MGA) with over 30 years of experience in the sector. It specializes in providing advisory services, designing, closing, and managing a wide range of insurance products, including health, life, disability, travel insurance, and savings plans. The company firmly believes that the insurance industry is built on the pillars of mutual trust between people, personalized and high-quality support, backed by a highly qualified team.
The software project development, aimed at optimizing internal processes and improving the customer experience, faced several crucial challenges. Among them was the complexity of integrating the system with existing processes, as it involved interoperability between different platforms, processes, and databases, leading to considerable technical and integration challenges. Data security was another critical challenge, since processing sensitive customer information required strong measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cybersecurity risks. Efficiency and software performance were also essential—achieving time optimization and labor cost reduction had to go hand in hand with optimal system performance and ease of use. It is important to note that they had not previously used a similar system for PDF processing.
A system was developed and implemented that integrates seamlessly with the existing processes. This system adds PDF generation to the forms as an additional step in the current workflow, aiming to ensure a simple experience for both internal staff and end customers.
After several system improvements and multiple tests, a satisfactory result was achieved by all stakeholders, with positive outcomes from software tests performed by the QA team and approval of the product by the client.
